Your Voco profile

When you join Voco, you'll build your own Voco profile which contains insights about you and your career. You can update various bits of it at any time, and unlike most social media platforms, it's a private space for you to keep track of your career challenges, goals and ambitions - and to share your thoughts in a considered way with your personal Voco network.

‍Your Voco matches

You'll be intelligently matched with other Voco members based on the answers you give when your sign up. There's no swiping or lists of members to wade through; we suggest the best match based on actual data so trust the process! At Voco we aim to curate impactful connections catered to your interests, experience and goals, while also challenging your thinking and adding some serendipity to your network!

‍Your Voco conversations

You'll be introduced to your match and asked to find a time to connect - we handle all the boring admin, but please reply promptly so we can save everyone some diary pain! We also help structure your conversations - just check out the Journeys tab in your Voco profile to see the topics and talking points that will help you get the most out of Voco.

‍Your Voco Takeaways

After each conversation, you'll be asked to rate your chat and let us know what you want to do next. You'll also be asked if you want to share observations, insights or recommendations following your conversation, both for you and your match. Takeaways are important as they help turn your conversations into actions. Boom!

‍Your Voco Journey

Voco helps you take control of your career and make the progress you want. We structure the initial journey around four sequential conversations which help you reflect on your career and what you want, and we aim to match you with co-travellers who will share the journey with you. As you continue, there'll be new themes to discuss, new connections to make and new goals to set.
