For over 75 years Tropicana has been synonymous with the taste of freshly squeezed orange juice, and has become a much-loved juice brand across the globe. Previously owned by PepsiCo, Tropicana Brands Group was acquired by private equity firm PAI in 2021, resulting in a more entrepreneurial mindset, a leaner operating model and a desire to build a growth-focused culture.

Keen to experiment with new ways of sharing knowledge, increasing connectivity and powering career growth within its European business, TBG started working with Voco to drive impactful social learning through peer-based career conversations.

Initially piloted with a small internal group, Voco’s intelligent peer-matching and guided conversation platform was rolled out to a wider group of employees which included TBG’s European C-Suite, as well as people from a wide range of functions in a number of European locations.

By focusing on making matches based not only on seniority and function, but also on career goals, challenges, motivations and personality indicators, Voco was able to successfully match TBG’s team into a series of strong internal partnerships that increase connection and collaboration across teams and geographies, helping to share learnings and build TBG’s knowledge base, while simultaneously boosting participants’ career thinking and confidence.
